1. Scope of Services

ZIZONO S.R.L. offers custom web design and development services tailored to client needs. Each project is individually evaluated, and a non-binding estimate is provided based on an initial discussion. No physical products or online shop are present on this site.

 

2. Project Initiation

Projects are usually started based on verbal or written agreement (via email or messaging platform). In some cases, a formal contract may be provided upon request or when necessary.

For new or unfamiliar clients, ZIZONO S.R.L. may request a 30% upfront payment. Otherwise, the project is billed upon delivery.

 

3. Pricing and Payments

All services are billed via invoice, and payments can be made by:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Online Payment via NETOPIA

All invoices will include relevant legal and fiscal details as required by Romanian and EU law.

 

4. Timeline & Delivery

ZIZONO S.R.L. provides general time estimates for project delivery. These are non-binding and may vary depending on complexity, responsiveness from the client, and other technical factors.

 

5. Revisions

Each project includes 3–5 rounds of revisions for fine-tuning and client satisfaction. If additional changes are requested that go beyond the initial scope (e.g. new features, major redesigns), a new cost estimate will be provided.

 

6. Ownership & Handover

Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of the final deliverables, including:

  • Website design and files

  • Admin access credentials

  • Hosting and domain access (if managed by ZIZONO S.R.L.)

  • Any other agreed-upon assets

These are delivered securely via email or shared file systems.

ZIZONO S.R.L. may request to showcase the project in its portfolio or on social media. This is only done with the client’s consent.

 

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, if a significant amount of work has already been completed, an invoice will be issued for the work performed up to that point.
No refunds are provided for completed work.

 

8. Liability

ZIZONO S.R.L. is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of business, data, or revenue resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered website. The client is responsible for ongoing maintenance and security unless otherwise agreed.

 

9. Data Collection

This website collects basic personal data (name and email) via contact forms solely for the purpose of communication and service provision. Please refer to the separate Privacy Policy page for full details.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and EU regulations. Any disputes arising shall be settled in accordance with applicable Romanian legal procedures.
